​How Do I Place An Order?
To place an order, click on the item you want and add it to your cart. When you're finished shopping, make sure your cart contains everything you want to purchase.
Payment and Shipping
The payment options are either PayPal or credit card. Shipping within the Continental US is a flat rate of $6. International shipping is available; just message me with your location.
Business
This is a owner/operator business. The owner is Anita Craft, and she is the sole creator/maker of all of the jewelry items on this website. The business was started as a hobby, but during Covid-19 with extra time on her hands, many jewelry pieces were made. Rather than keeping all of the pieces, Anita decided to sell her items so others could enjoy them as much as she does. Anita's cat (Izzie) and constant companion in her studio, is where the name of the business began. Izzie, short for Isabella, is a rescue cat, who demands a lot of attention and is always nearby when jewelry is being made. What other name could the business be but Isabella's Jewelry Designs!
Custom Orders
If you have your own stone you would like set in a piece of jewelry, I can most likely do that. If you have an idea of a piece of jewelry you would like with a specific stone, I may have that stone available and can make the piece for you. Complete the contact form, and I will get back with you. You can also do the live Chat.
​Secure Ordering, Payment Options, & Privacy Policy
Payments made for purchases are secure. When registering for this site, names of customers will be kept private and will never be sold as a customer list. Your personal information is confidential and will not be provided to anyone.

Returns & Refunds
Any item purchased may be returned within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund if the item is in the same condition as it was when it was mailed. Items damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
